did you swap the sd card in your tool by any chance   first try this   connect your ds708 to an ethernet cable  not the  wireless router   go to updates  see if the tools gives you any errors  if not while in updates  click on vehicles to the right it will show the list of all updated vehicles delete them all  exit  re enter and update all makes again  if this does not fix your problem   format your card  make sure is in fat 32  format  and do a complete update  this is the long way around but maybe less confusing to you  hope this helps you  post back your results.
